Farrell House Lodge was built in the 1940s as a private residence. The upstairs bedrooms were divided into four suites. Today the lodge features 9 bedrooms, one which is a 2 room family suite. All have private baths and flat screen tvs. Three bedrooms have fireplaces. The lodge is air conditioned and has wifi throughout.

Master Suites – Bedrooms 1 and 2

Bedroom #1, pictured below, was originally part of a two room master bedroom suite. It is our largest bedroom and was designated as the “wife’s” bedroom. It features two queen size beds, a spacious sitting area in front of a marble fireplace, a 42 inch flat screen TV, a writing desk and a private bath. It is a corner room with beautiful views of the stream and property. Bedroom #1 rents for $209.00 – $249.00, depending on weekdays or weekends. Special pre and post season pricing of $149.00 – $189.00 is available from March 1 through May 23 and also from September 10 through October 31.

Bedroom # 2, pictured below, is the second room of the original master suite. It was designated as the “husband’s” room. This room has a queen bed, spacious lounging area with a comfortable oversized chair & ottoman, flat screen TV, window seat overlooking the stream, desk and private bath. Bedroom #2 rents for $199.00 – $229.00, depending on weekdays or weekends. Nanny/Children’s Suite – Bedrooms 3, 5 & 7

Bedroom # 3, pictured below, was part of a three room suite, designed as living quarters for a live in nanny. It served as the nanny’s bedroom. It has a king size bed, several wicker chairs, flat screen TV and private bath. Bedroom #3 rents for $199.00 – $229.00, depending on weekdays or weekends. Special pre and post season pricing of $139.00 – $179.00 is available from March 1 through May 23 and also from September 10 through October 31.

Suite #5/7, pictured below, is a two bedroom family suite. The master bedroom is our second largest room. It features a cherry king sized mission bed, delft tile fireplace, 42″ flat screen TV, a leather reading chair and a writing desk. The connected kid’s room has two twin beds. It does not have a TV. Bedroom #5/7 rents for $279.00 – $329.00, depending on weekdays or weekends. Special pre and post season pricing of $199.00 – $289.00 is in effect from March1 through May 23 and also from September 10 through October 31.

Guest Suite – Bedrooms 4 and 6

Bedrooms #4, pictured below, was originally part of a two room guest suite for when the Farrell family entertained overnight friends. Now it is a separate room with its own private bath. It features a queen bed, flat screen TV, comfortable sitting area and a newly re-modeled private bath. Bedroom #4 rents for $189.00 – $209.00, depending on weekdays or weekends. Special pre and post season pricing of $139.00 – $179.00 is available from April 1 through May 23 and also from September 10 through October 31.

Bedroom # 6, pictured below, features a queen size bed plus a single bed. It has a marble fireplace, flat screen TV, comfortable high back chair & reading lamp and a private bath. It was designed as the master bedroom of the guest suite. Bedroom #6 rents for $1999.00 – $229.00, depending on weekdays or weekends. Special pre and post season pricing of $139.00-$179.00 is available from March 1 through May 23 and also from September 10 through October 31.

Servants’ Quarters – Rooms 8, 9, & 10

Bedrooms 8, 9 and 10 are in a section that was originally the servants’ quarters. These smaller rooms are a cost effective option. Each has a flat screen tv and a comfortable bed. Two of the rooms have a full private bath, while the third room has a half bath (sink&toilet in room) and a private shower across the hallway. A word of caution, the rooms are quite small and are more suited for guests that do not plan to spend much time in the room other than sleeping.
Bedroom # 8, pictured below, has an antique steel double bed, an easy chair & reading lamp, overhead fan and a flat screen tv. Bedroom #8, pictured below, rents for $159.00 – $179.00 per night, depending on weekdays or weekends. Bedroom # 9, pictured below, has a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep, an overhead fan and a flat screen tv. It has a private en suite half bath (sink & toilet) with a private detached shower room that is located directly across the hallway. Bedroom #9 is our least expensive room and rents for $149.00 – $159.00 per night, depending on weekdays or weekends. Sprecial pre and post season pricing of $139.00 is available from March 1 through May 11 and also from September 10 through October 31.

Bedroom # 10, pictured below, has a queen steel bed with a new memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep, an overhead fan, a flat screen tv and a newly remodeled private bath. Bedroom #10 rents for $159.00 – $179.00 per night, depending on weekdays or weekends. Special pre and psot season pricing of $139.00 – $159.00 is available from March 1 through May 23 and also from September 10 through October 31.

All Bedrooms Rental
*All 10 bedrooms of Farrell House Lodge are available for rental as a block by groups that wish to host special events. Contact Doug for pricing.
*A special reservation & cancellation policy has been established for all bedroom rental.
*A 2 night minimum is required.
*A $1000.00 prepaid deposit is required with the blance due 10 days before arrival. This deposit, less a $100.00 cancellation fee, is refundable if cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. If less than 30 days notice is given a credit for the deposit amount will be issued to be used at a future date. This credit will be valid for two years.
*Occupancy is based on 2 guests per room, or a maximum of 20 guests.
*A breakfast buffet of our choice is included with the rental.
*Pets are not permitted.
*All bedroom rental is for the bedrooms only and does not give renter exclusive rights to the entire lodge or property. Farrell House Lodge & Sunnybrook Trout Club will continue to conduct its daily business operations during your stay.
