Farrell House Lodge is a non smoking lodge. Smoking is permitted only on the back deck and on the grounds.
Children are welcome, but keep in mind that the lodge is more suited for adults.
All rooms are priced on double occupancy. Additional guests per room are charged $15.00 per person.
All alcoholic beverages consumed in the lodge or on the grounds must be purchased from the lodge.
A warm freshly cooked breakfast will be available for guests of the lodge from 7:30am until 9:30am.
Check in is from 3:00pm until 6:00pm. Early check in will be accommodated if possible. If you need to check in after 6:00pm, please make prior arrangements with the lodge. Check out is by 11:00am.
Guests who arrive early will have access to the grounds and common areas of the lodge, even if their room is not available.
Guests who wish to remain on the grounds or common areas of the lodge beyond check out may do so, but we will need access to your room by 11:00am to prepare for newly arriving guests.
Pets are not permitted.
A credit card will hold your reservation. No cancellation fee will be assessed if you cancel 48 hours or more prior to arrival. Late cancellations are assessed a $15.00 cancellation fee and no shows are billed the full room rental rate.
